At Cowgirl House Cleaning, we’re proud to help you maintain a clean, healthy home for you and your family. To ensure we provide top-quality service to all of our clients, we follow a set cleaning schedule.
Appointment Reminders & ConfirmationsYou will receive a text or phone call by 10:00 AM the day before your scheduled cleaning, including a one-hour arrival window.
We kindly ask that you confirm receipt of this message.
If we don’t hear back from you, we’ll send a follow-up text or call. However, if there is still no response, we will not arrive for the scheduled cleaning, and you’ll need to reschedule your appointment.
Rescheduling & FeesIf your scheduled cleaning no longer works for you, please notify us as early as possible. This helps us accommodate you and our other clients more efficiently.

- Rescheduling or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a $45 late notice fee.
- If our team arrives and cannot gain access to your home (e.g., no one is home and we are unable to enter), a $35 Lock-Out Fee will apply.
- If you’ve just stepped out, our team is happy to wait up to 15–20 minutes for someone to return and let us in.
- Skipping a cleaning simply means postponing or skipping a scheduled visit — no fees apply.
- Cancellation means you’re discontinuing service entirely and would like to be removed from our schedule — again, no fees apply.

- 2nd Late Payment Fee: $50.00 and/or discuss further payment arrangements.

- NSF Fee: $30.00 per check
