Cowgirl House Cleaning is really happy that we can help you keep your home clean and healthy for you and your family. Please be aware that we have a schedule that we stick to for you and other clients of ours. It is very important to us that we take pride in our work and make sure that all the clients are being taken care of with their cleaning needs.
There will be a text or a phone call to you before 5:00 pm the day before your cleaning reminding you of your scheduled cleaning with an hour arrival timeframe. Cowgirl House Cleaning just requests that you reply back letting us know that you received your cleaning reminder notification. If we do not hear back from you then we will do a follow up text and/or phone call to you to see if you like your scheduled cleaning. If we do not hear from you at all then we simply just do not show up. You will need to reschedule your cleaning.
If your cleaning is scheduled, and it just does not work out for you and the family please let us know sooner than later so we can reschedule you. Doing this will avoid a $45.00 fee within 48-hours of notification.
If Cowgirl House Cleaning does show up at your home and we cannot gain access and you are not available to let the team in to clean, then there will be a $35.00 Lock Out Fee. If you just stepped away, then the team can wait for 15-20 minutes for someone to arrive back at the house to clean.
Skipping vs. Cancellation:
"Skipping" is just missing a cleaning and will reschedule or just not have a cleaning. Whereas "Cancellation" is you are requesting no more cleaning from Cowgirl House Cleaning and like to be removed off the books. Which there is no fee for either Skipping or Cancellation.

48-hour notice of skipping a cleaning: $45.00
Lock Out Fee: $35.00
Late Payment Fee: $45.00
2nd Late Payment Fee: $50.00 and/or discuss further payment arrangements.
