What is Cowgirl House Cleaning Availability?

Cowgirl House Cleaning Availability is posted on the "Home" page.  If a time slot is not available, please inquiry.  Especially, for moving cleaning services.  

How do I get started?

We ask that you start by filling out our application.  This gets us started in the right direction.  Michelle will contact you to talk further and set a Meet & Greet appointment.  
Cowgirl House Cleaning will not clean a home without a Meet & Greet Assessment done first with the homeowner/property manager/realtor/main contact person.  Please inquire for questions.

What is Jobber?

Jobber is a field service management software.  It helps us, help you with cleaning your home.  There is also a client hub that you are able to view once you become a client.  The client will be able to make payments, see past and future appointments and so much more.

What is a Meet & Greet Assessment?

A Meet & Greet Assessment is like an estimate.  Same concept just that we want to introduce ourselves and you as well.  Also, going over your cleaning needs, wants and do not want cleaned.  This is a great way to get to know one another.  This typically can last 20 minutes to an hour.  We schedule this meeting in person for an hour.  

Do I need to be present at the Meet & Greet Assessment?

Cowgirl House Cleaning does ask that the prospect client needs to be at this meeting.  It is very important to us that we get a great understanding of what you are wanting to have cleaned within your home, and you have an understand who Cowgirl House Cleaning is. This also includes for Move-In/Out Cleanings.  If it is for a house that is on the market and/or rental we can meet with a family member and/or realtor to go over the cleaning needs. 
For routine cleanings, once the initial cleaning is done then the client does not need to present at their future cleanings.  We leave that up to the client to stay or go about their day.  

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies, equipment, towels and such?

Cowgirl House Cleaning takes care of all of these items for you to clean your home.  No need to worry about providing any type of cleaning supplies and/or equipment.  If you like us to, we can use your equipment.  Just let us know.

Is it okay to have my animals around while cleaning the house?

Yes, we love fur babies as much as you do.  We will work with you and the animal to make sure they are just as comfortable as possible. 

I/We work from home.  Can my house still be cleaned while I/we are working?

Yes, you can be at home working, lounging, doing other tasks while we are cleaning your home.  It is really up to you if that is important to you for us to be in the home while we are cleaning.  

What is if I am sick or anyone is sick in the home, what is your sick policy?

​If anyone in your household feels sick, please reschedule your cleaning appointment until everyone has recovered. Kindly notify us by 7:30 AM on the day of your scheduled cleaning. We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to accommodate you as well.  The same policy applies to us if we are sick.

What is the cancellation policy?

Please take into consideration that cleaning jobs are valuable.  If you are unable to have your home cleaned, please give us advance notice.  Sooner rather than later would be great.
Cancellation notice must be provided at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a $45.00 fee.  If the home has not been cleaned within two cleanings, an additional cost will be incurred, which will be determined on a case-by-case basis. 
I want you to know how much I appreciate your business and for trusting us to come into your home to clean for you.  I really do appreciate it.  Our goal is to provide a clean and healthy home for you.  Thank you again for your business.

If I/we go out of town, can my house still be cleaned, or should we cancel?

Cowgirl House Cleaning leaves this decision up to you.  But who doesn't want to come home to a clean home after being away?  Again, we leave this decision up to you.

Will I get the same person cleaning my home?

Michelle makes sure that you get the same cleaner each time.  If for some reason they are not able to clean your home, another employee will fill in.  That way you are still on your cleaning schedule.  

Are there Gift Certificates available?

Yes!  We have gift certificates available for purchase for any amount that you would like to purchase.  

How long has Cowgirl House Cleaning been in business?

Cowgirl House Cleaning got started September 2016 in Oregon City, Oregon by Michelle.  This was a dream come true to run a cleaning business for busy families within the community.  Life goes by so fast that there is no time for cleaning the home.  Let along deep cleaning when one person is coming and going all the time.  Michelle wanted to take it one step further to be there for clients and take one task off the to-do list.  Michelle has lived the fast past, full-time working customer service position with 20+ years of experience.  Also, with running to sports, run to pick up kid(s) and try to be somewhere on time.  She cleaned on her own, running the business for 5+ years and now has a crew to take over the cleaning.  Lots of continuous training and education for the employees this day.  

    This survey just gives Cowgirl House Cleaning an idea of what homeowners are looking for in house cleaning services. It is anonymous, and no one will reach out to you.
